Plaintiff Brittney Mejico alleges that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.getvinebox.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.getvinebox.com<\/a> is not accessible per the WCAG 2.0 accessibility standard(s).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"legal_case_details\">\n<h2>Case Details<\/h2>\n<h3>Plaintiff alleges issues in its Complaint including the following:<\/h3>\n<div class=\"indented-text\">\n<ul>\n<li>Missing alternative text which presents a problem because an image without alternative text results in an empty link;<\/li>\n<li>Linked image missing\u00a0alternative text which presents a problem because an image without alternative text results in an empty\u00a0link. Images that are the only thing within a link must have descriptive alternative text. If an image is\u00a0within a link that contains no text and that image does not provide alternative text, a screen reader has\u00a0no content to present to the user regarding the function of the link;<\/li>\n<li>Multiple form labels, which\u00a0presents a problem because a form control has more than one label associated with it. A form control\u00a0should have at most one associated label element.
